SutiSoft Inc, a provider of Security Solutions and Identity Management systems for the enterprise markets today announced the availability of Secured BioNet™, a highly robust system for secured access to WiFi local area networks (WiFi LANs) which incorporates state of art fingerprint matching technology and advanced wireless authentication and connection management technologies.
Secured BioNet™ provides effective access control for WiFi LANs for security-conscious enterprise environments. The new system verifies the identity of the user - not just the equipment - adding a valuable level of access control. The advanced wireless authentication and connection mechanism implemented supports roaming and remote access of wireless clients across a network of wireless access points in the enterprise. Using NEC’s state of art fingerprint matching technology to access enterprise networks via the WiFi Access Point, Bio-NetGuard™ provides a solid access control mechanism. Network users will not be able to connect to the WiFi LAN unless the fingerprint is authenticated and access is granted.

Secured BioNet™ is a DSP-based, fully-contained network authentication device that works with any WPA-compliant access point. It is a simple and self contained device that requires no more than a few minutes to install and configure. Secured BioNet works with a large number of WiFi access points including Netgear WG102, Linksys WAP54G, Cisco AIRONET 1100, D-Link DWL-7100AP, and a number of WiFi adapter cards and chipsets including INTEL Centrino, Netgear 11T, Linksys WPC11, Cisco AIRONET 350, and D-Link DWL-G650. Secured BioNet™ supports a variety of fingerprint touch and sweep sensors including UPEK TouchChip and Ikon, Silex S1, Fujitsu MBF200 and notebook embedded sensors.

Secured BioNet™ is now available. It is packaged as self-contained appliance box that can be connected at the back end of a wireless access point with nothing else extra to buy or install. Set-up, configuration and deployment take place in a matter minutes using the provided installation software and administrator’s console.
The company markets Secured BioNet™ as a channel-ready solution sold either directly for large enterprises or through a network of established security VARs, system integrators and distributors The product comes in configurations of 10, 50, 100 or 250 users. Pricing starts as low as $249.
