Receipts are uploaded and scanned in SutiExpense, automatically populating fields such as dates, amounts, merchants and more. The user simply completes any additional required fields needed. This OCR automation will speed up the expense report creation process considerably.

Side by Side Entry

When entering expenses with or without OCR, users are able to enter expense details side by side with the receipt that has been uploaded. This allows the user to view the receipt without toggling to additional screens.

Multiple Receipt Upload

When uploading receipts from the desktop, users can upload multiple receipts at a single time. A user can upload all receipts (jpg/pdf) to their expense report in one simple step.
