N. Damodar Reddy - Chairman and CEO

N. Damodar Reddy is the founder of SutiSoft, Inc. and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the 's inception in March 2006. From February 1985 to December 2005, Mr. Reddy founded and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: ALSC). In November 1993, Alliance completed its initial public offering (IPO). Within sixteen months, Alliance followed up with two more public offerings and two stock splits and, by the end of fiscal 1995, had earned the ranking of 8th fastest growing in the U.S. by Forbes Magazine. In 1998, Alliance was one of the first successful semiconductor companies to start a hardware and software design center in India.

Mr. Reddy pioneered both Semiconductor Memory Fabless and Joint Venture semiconductor manufacturing (JVSM) models during his tenure at Alliance. These models were highlighted and endorsed by George Guilder in his book Microcosm, published in 1989. This JVSM Model was implemented working with United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE:UMC) of Taiwan, Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd (NASDAQ:CHRT) of Singapore and Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSEM) of Israel. Today, these are the major global Foundry Semiconductor Manufacturing companies in the world. Collectively, ALSC invested well over $200 million dollars between 1996 and 2003 in these companies. The investments not only provided ALSC guaranteed wafer capacity, but also generated well over 5x appreciation of invested capital by 2001.

Mr. Reddy was a general partner of Alliance Venture management (AVM) LLC., which was founded in 1998. AVM, as an venture arm of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation, invested in early stage technology related companies in areas of telecommunications, semiconductors, EDA, and biotechnology. Mr. Reddy has served as a Director on the board of a number of these portfolio companies including Maverick Networks ( acquired by BRCM ), Malleable Technologies (acquired by PMCS), Orologic ( acquired by VTSS ), Platys communications (acquired by ADPT), Magma Design Automation (LAVA), which went IPO on Nasdaq in November 2001 and Cavium Networks (CAVM) which went IPO on Nasdaq in May 2007. He was also an early stage investor in Sage Inc (NASDAQ:SAGE) which was acquired by Genesis Microchip (NASDAQ:GNSS).

Presently, Mr. Reddy sits on the board of several private companies in the semiconductor, software security, consumer electronics, and biotechnology fields.

From September 1983 to February 1985, Mr. Reddy co-founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Modular Semiconductor Inc. He also served in various management positions at RCA Technology Center, Fairchild Semiconductor, Four Phase Systems, and at Synertek in Semiconductor Product and Technology Development areas.

Mr. Reddy designed one of the first commercially available Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) devices in 1970 using complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology.

In 1995, Mr. Reddy was selected as “Entrepreneur of the Year” in Northern California, an award sponsored by Inc. Magazine, Ernst and Young, and Merrill Lynch.

He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.


Tim Stainken - Vice President of Sales

Tim Stainken is the Vice President of Sales at Sutisoft, Inc, . In this role, he has responsibility for Business Development and Account Management for all customer solutions. Mr. Stainken brings over 25 years leadership experience in industry verticals including Financial Services, Direct Response Marketing, Business Intelligence and Software as a Service to his role at Sutisoft.

From 2005 to 2010 Mr. Stainken was Vice President of Strategic Customers, Western U.S. for Dunn and Bradstreet. In this role, he managed the strategic growth of over $70MM in revenues for customers including: Cisco, HP and Wells Fargo. In 2006, he was selected as Sales Leader of the Year for the Middle Market segment while at DnB. Mr. Stainken has held a succession of senior level roles from Vice President to Managing Partner with both Fortune 500 and Small Cap companies in the Eastern and Western US. These companies include American Express, where he was Regional Vice President of Marketing and Member Works; a direct response marketing where he held the role of Vice President, Client Services.

Mr. Stainken holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from St. Michaels College.


David Roe - Vice President of Operations

Mr. David Roe is the Vice President of Operations at Sutisoft , Inc. In this role, Mr. Roe has global responsibility for developing solutions to meet customer requirements. He is responsible for engaging with end-customers to help develop and deploy enterprise solutions in all aspects of the business.

With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Roe leverages this experience by understanding requirements and solutions from both the customer and development point of view.

From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Roe served as the IT Manager at Alliance Semiconductor. In this role, he created and built the IT department at Alliance from the ground up. He provided IT infrastructure for finance, management, administration, engineering and worldwide operations including the logistic functions (Revenue base $275M per year). Mr. Roe's IT organization was responsible for managing IT activities in three offshore locations and support of over 400 employees in a PC and Unix environment using a variety of software programs in a multi-national environment.

In 2005, Mr. Roe managed the ’s Sarbanes Oxley project for IT/Business processes and achieved successful certification in IT processes. In 1997, he was the Project Manager for the implementation of Oracle 10.7 applications and database. In addition, he was the Project Manager for Alliance’s successful migration of Oracle Applications from version 10.7 to 11i which was completed in six months including all customizations. He played a proactive role in developing many Oracle reports/forms to improve the productivity of end-users. This included automating many time-consuming processes in a complex semiconductor environment.

During his time at Alliance, Mr. Roe managed three IT migration and integration projects for Alliance’s three corporate acquisitions. In addition, he defined requirements for and assisted in the setup of a 200+ person Design Center in Bangalore, India and 100+ person Design Center in Hyderabad, India

Prior to Alliance, Mr. Roe held various IT related roles for Hospital Correspondence Corporation.

Mr. Roe holds a BS in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
