SutiSoft announces the SutiExpense 7.0: A Round-up of the Latest Enhancements

SutiSoft releases SutiExpense 7.0 incorporated with new functionalities and enhancements to improve the user experience

SutiSoft Inc., a leading provider of easy-to-use web-based and mobile business management solutions, today announces the release of the latest version of its expense software – SutiExpense 7.0. Packed with new features and enhancements, the latest version of the expense report software solution improves the user experience.

The following are a few of the latest features of SutiExpense

Travel desk

A new level of approval is added in SutiExpense in the name of the travel desk. All the travel related expenses can be sent to the travel desk based on the travel type for approval.

Province selection & defining tax rules

For expenses in Canada, the latest version of SutiExpense allows you to select the province where the expense took place and taxes will be applied automatically.

Expired reports submission

SutiExpense 7.0 allows you to re-submit expired expense reports for approval. The administrator has permissions to enable this option.

Role or grade-based class of service

The solution allows you to define the level of service you wish to offer to employees based on their roles. For example, for management, business class is provided as an option whereas in another role it is not available.

Role or project-based hierarchy

When an expense is related to multiple projects, project codes will be assigned to each expense line item based and sent to the respective project manager for approval.

Auto-convert requests to expenses

When an expense request is approved, the expense request will automatically convert to an expense report.
