Define Audit Details
Managers can prepare schedules for Compliance Audits, select the applicable Business Unit, regulation and attach associated documents.
Managers can search for Audit schedules based on Audit Title, Template Name, Type, Status, Start and Closing Dates. Update details whenever required, send for Evidence inclusion, Checklist preparation, Setup creation and Execution. Schedules are tracked by viewing the History from time-to-time.
ChecKLists are used by Managers to review the effectiveness of processes performed collectively by group. Review the Audit details, add related Question(s) to the CheckList and send for Event setup.
Review the Audit details; create related Events. View, and update audit event information depending upon the requirements and send for evidence inclusion.
Evidences are important proof for demonstrating compliance to regulations. Auditees select applicable Template, attach evidences for documents specified and send for execution.
Answer Questionnaire associated with Event, give your comments and complete the execution of the audit. Depending upon the status of Event execution, status of Audit is to be updated.
Depending upon results of execution Auditors report non-conformances, and recommend necessary corrective actions. Review and follow-up tasks are performed till the audit event is closed.
Managers can view status and recommendations of various Audits using the informative dashboards and perform necessary actions to improve compliance to regulations.
