Managers can define users responsible for fixing Issues reported for a Business Unit, Process and Sub Process. These setups will be reflected while reporting an Issue.
My Assigned Issues
Users can search for Issues assigned to them based on Issue Id, Title, Complexity, Priority, State, Status, and Creation Dates. View Issues details and fix Issues assigned.
Managers can search for Issues by selecting the desired criteria, Update details of existing Issues, close fixed Issues and view history details.
Report Issues specific to a business units, process or sub process and accordingly are assigned to the responsible user. Attach evidence documents to give more clarity regarding an Issue.
Managers can search for Issues based on Issue Id and Assign Status. View details of Issues reported and assign to responsible user. Issues assigned will be reflected under My Assigned Issues.
Review assigned Issues, apply fixes, give your comments and update Issue Status. Fixed Issues can then be reviewed and closed by Issue Managers.
Managers can view informative dashboards on Issue Complexity, Issue Priority, Issue Status and Issues per Business Unit and plan appropriate fixes for reported Issues.
