Typing Rhythm Authentication
Provides Windows Logon using BioRhythm authentication
BioRhythm allows an organization to secure their corporate network resources using BioRhythm authentication technology. In a Windows Domain environment, users are able to login to their system using their typing patterns.
BioRhythm is client-server solution for typing pattern based authentication. Credentials of all the legitimate users are store in server. Whenever user wants to login to system, user needs to type his Username and Password, using these credentials Biorhythm template will be generated. This template will be sent to server and verified against the Biorhythm templates stored in server. Authentication result will be sent back to client. Depend upon authentication result user may be allowed or declined to login to system.
Fail-safe operation with primary and secondary servers
BioRhythm can work in fail-safe mode using a primary and secondary server. Templates are written to both servers so that if the primary server fails, the secondary server can be enabled to take over the authentication tasks until the primary server can be brought up again.
Provides local caching of Biorhythm templates when the server is down
BioRhythm provides a local caching feature which allows you to enable local caching so that access is still granted in case of the server being unavailable. The cache option can be enabled or disabled. It is enabled by default.
Provides Gradual enrollment
The typing pattern of a user may change with the time, so he may unable to login with previously registered rhythm. Upon each successful login to biorhythm, the typing pattern is updated. By this, even if the typing pattern changes the user is not denied to log in to the system.
Supports Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7
BioRhythm supports Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.
Provides Remote, web-based administration
BioRhythm has an administration console that can be accessed through a web browser. This console can be used to add users, modify templates, remove users and modify server settings.
BioRhythm can populate a database by extracting user information from the Active Directory and synchronizing back when new users register or existing ones update their details.
