Receipt management is made easy in SutiExpense as you can get receipt receipts into the solution from a variety of sources. Upload receipts from your Smartphone, send via email to email@example.com, capture using a webcam, fax, or scan and attach from your desktop.
Take a picture of your receipt and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your receipt will be in your account in SutiExpense waiting for you. Have a webcam? Simply hold up the receipt and capture a picture of the receipt with your webcam from within SutiExpense. If you use a scanner, just find your scanned receipt and upload/attach into SutiExpense.
Once in SutiExpense, comments can be added to the receipt. The receipt can be attached to your expense report or an individual line item on your expense report depending on how the solution is configured for your environment.
