SutiSign for Education helps automate the process of getting documents to parents and students for signing. Templates allow users to define signature points and fields for common documents. When sending for signature, you can use these templates to save time.
Request Groups allow users to create groups of signers. For example, a group may be created for all of the 10th grade or the school soccer team. When sending for signature, a document is sent to each member of the group.
SutiSign supports multiple parent signing scenarios based on the setup. For example, a document is sent to the mother and father for signing. If the mother signs the document, the document can be considered fully approved and complete.
Commonly used fields can be used and assigned to parent accounts. When these fields are required during the signing process, they can be automatically filled in allowing the signer to complete the signing process quickly.
Audit trails for all actions performed on a document are maintained in SutiSign. These audit trails are also embedded in the signed document for future reference.
