Users can also post topics anonymously without logging-in. Posted Topics are displayed on the user's and administrator’s dashboard. Users can seek replies and follow Topics to track all activity being performed Topics are assigned to designated employees in the company for resolution & reply. Replies posted are displayed on the respective dashboards. The Survey module allows users to create custom Surveys and add distribution lists for sending surveys to customers or prospects. Automated email notifications are sent to respondents requesting their participation. Responses collected can be reviewed and analysed to fully understand the data.
