SutiCRM eliminates the use of paper documents and significantly reduces the time required for creating and tracking Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Invoices, etc. The solution provides a unified view of sales teams, enables lead generation from multiple sources, and improves collaboration internally within the sales team, including sales support representatives. This hosted solution provides a secure repository for storing data from Prospects, Cases, Reminders, and Documents to Emails. The keyword based search allows users to simultaneously search across multiple records.

Import wizards eliminate manual entry of data and make the importing of existing data into SutiCRM easier. Prospects, Campaigns, Leads, Accounts and Tasks can be quickly created by simply filling in basic details. Various email Campaigns can be rolled-out for capturing new Leads from Prospect Lists. Tracking of Products, related POs, Issues, and Receipts can be easily managed by using the built-in Inventory module. Contract creation; case reporting and resolution are also made simple by using the Service module.

The Marketing Automation module of SutiCRM allows users to plan and execute various Marketing Campaigns. Email Marketing can be done within SutiCRM from loaded prospect lists. Email templates can be created, maintained and re-used in SutiCRM.

The Sales Force Automation module of SutiCRM helps users streamline their sales pipeline and lets the sales team focus on the selling process. The module allows easy tracking of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Quotes to help close deals faster.

The Inventory module of SutiCRM helps users monitor the status of Inventory. Users can create and manage Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Receipts and Issues. Receipts and Misc. Issues.
