Founded in 2006 by N. D. Reddy Sutisoft is led by a passionate technology entrepreneur and industry leader. Prior to Sutisoft, Mr. Reddy founded and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: ALSC) from 1985 through 2005. In November 1993, Alliance completed its initial public offering (IPO) and by the end of fiscal 1995, had earned the ranking of 8th fastest growing company in the U.S. by Forbes Magazine. In 1995, Mr. Reddy was selected as "Entrepreneur of the Year" in Northern California, an award sponsored by Inc. Magazine, Ernst and Young, and Merrill Lynch. With his vision and leadership, Mr. Reddy once again is driving new SaaS technology to change the way companies do business. Presently, Mr. Reddy sits on the board of several private companies in the semiconductor, software security, consumer electronics, and biotechnology fields. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
