Performance

• HR managers can restrict managers to view the performance reviews given completed by peer or other managers.
• The upload file option allows HR managers to add instructions to review templates in various file formats.
• HR managers can now customize the review template background, if required.
• Performance dashboard now displays the ‘Review Status Statistics’.
• HR managers can cancel reviews that are already started and in process.
• HR managers can view ratings given by each reviewer for each question type.

My Team

Team leads/ managers can view team members’ personal, education, experience, requests, training, and job details. HR admins have the ability to restrict access to these tabs.

The My Team dashboard provides quick access to team leads/ managers to view their team records, time off and reminders.

Payroll
