HR managers can restrict managers to view the performance reviews given completed by peer or other managers
The upload file option allows HR managers to add instructions to review templates in various file formats
HR managers can now customize the review template background, if required
Performance dashboard now displays the ‘Review Status Statistics’
HR managers can cancel reviews that are already started and in process
HR managers can view ratings given by each reviewer for each question type
Performance
New features have been added to the My Receipts screen to make it easier for users to attach receipts at either the expense report level or expense line item level. The new design provides guidance to users on the receipt path to be taken.
My Team
Team leads/managers can view team members’ personal, education, experience, requests, training, and job details. HR admins have the ability to restrict access to these tabs.
The My Team dashboard provides quick access to team leads/managers to view their team records, time off and reminders.
Payroll
With the new version of payroll reports, HR managers can now generate payroll reports immediately.
