File Expenses
Simply say “create a report July Expenses” and the chatbot creates the report for you. Add Line items
Add Transactions
Say “Add transactions from June June 15th to June 30th to the report July Expenses” and the chatbot will perform the action.
Get a Summary of Expense Reports
Say or type “Show Report Summary of July Expenses” and the bot gives an overview of the report.
Expense Report Submission
Say or type submit “July Expenses” and the report gets submitted for approval.
Approval/Rejection
Input “Approve/Reject July Expenses” and the chatbot uses DSignature authentication to perform the action.
Camera
HR Administrators can add custom statuses which can be assigned to resumes as needed. Admins can change the status of a resume throughout all stages within the Hiring Pipeline and on the Resumes page
Receipts
Add a receipt to the report from the chatbot.
My Transactions
Create line items from your corporate card transactions from the chatbot.
Expense Categories
Add line items from the category icon list.
