Matching receipts with the correct expense item and attaching receipts has been automated to allow users to complete their expense reports more efficiently.
Integration with Google Maps allows users to auto-populate mileage distances and map image with their mileage expense items.
Users can now drag and drop receipts to appropriate line items. The solution auto-suggests receipts to users during the preparation of the expense report. If the merchant name, amount, and transaction date matches with a receipt emailed into ‘My Receipts’ area, the software will offer a suggested match which users can attach with a single click.
Credit card transactions are automatically matched to receipts emailed into the solution. If the details of the transaction match those captured through OCR, receipts are attached automatically.
