Booking Request
Users can now book rooms of different types – King, Single, Queen, Deluxe, Double and Studio. If the room is occupied on any date within the requested timeframe, the system will deny the booking request.
Income Report
The report displays the total amount earned for a specified timeframe based on the search criteria.
Rate Management
Users can now define price by room type for a particular period, day, or season.
Cancellation Policies
SutiPMS allows users to configure cancellation policies that include details such as hours/days to be considered before checking in and the amount or percentage to be applied to the overall booking.
