The new functionality helps organizations tackle recruiting challenges, quickly gets new hires onboarded, and delivers an even easier platform to meet reporting needs.

  • The “interview feedback comments” tab has been added to the recruitment section on the setup page. HR administrators can create various interview-related feedback comments that are made available to the panel members/HR admin as options while entering their feedback.

  • Resumes that are submitted by the applicant will be moved to the “I Need to Review” section on the employee’s dashboard. Employees who are designated approvers can verify, approve, or reject resumes. The approved resumes will be moved to the resumes page.

  • HR administrators can define the resume approval workflow in the organization setup page.

  • The resume approval process has been added to “recruitment” in the unit level settings.

  • The “additional information” tab has been added to the “view resume” page. It displays all non-mapped fields that are entered in the Job Application Form and New Hire Information Form.

  • When creating a job application template, the system provides an option to select users (Interviewers, HR Administrators, and Hiring Managers) to whom certain fields can be made visible or inaccessible on any job application downloaded/sent from the system.

  • The sub-menu Job Application Templates have been renamed as Form Templates.

  • The application allows HR managers to reject a group of candidates at one time.

  • Offer letter details of an employee are now displayed under employment details in the employee’s personnel records.

  • Resumes without the candidate’s last name can now be used in the hiring process.

  • Fields such as name, open positions, budget, and job description on the New Requisition page are now optional when creating a new requisition through Recruitment Dashboard.

  • Panel members have an option to view the feedback provided by the other panel members for a particular candidate.

  • EEOC information of candidates have been added to the recruitment reports. Users can generate and view EEOC information of candidates by requisition.

  • HR Administrators can now restrict users who have access to the recruitment module from particular functions in the recruitment process.

  • When creating an interview panel, the application allows HR managers to add employees from other business units.

  • The application automatically gathers and displays employee compensation details from the recorded job offer details.

  • Candidates can upload a cover letter when applying for a job. HR managers also have this provision when creating a resume.

  • Attachments such as resumes, feedback forms, and job applications will be sent to panel members alongside the interview schedule reminder email.
