This new release provides an additional capability for administrators to define expense type / request type categories / both, define approval order with hierarchies and assign it to a role. Users can now create an expense report / send request with user-defined categories.

New Features Includes

Customize Dropdown Values

Customize Dropdown options such as payment types, travel types, class of service, and more. This can be done company-wide through the administration module.

Default Date Blank

Through the administrator module, the option to require users to select a date when entering expense items can be enforced. The solution populates the current date by default when entering expense items.

Approver IP Address

The administrator has the ability to add the IP address of the approver’s system in the approval audit trail and notifications.

Resubmission Limit

Specify the number of times a rejected expense report can be resubmitted for approval. This option is available in the administration module.
