SutiSoft Announces the Release of SutiExpense 4.0, its Web Based Expense Management Solution

New Features Includes

Travel Request Codes

Additional codes such as client, project and product line codes can be assigned at the time of travel request creation.

Customize Additional Details

Expense/Request details such as date of trip, submitted on, approved on/rejected on can be displayed/hidden on summary pages at various stages of processing.

Receipt Enhancements

Receipts in .tiff formats can now be attached to individual line items/expense reports.


Ability to automatically create digital receipts for Corporate Card charges. This option can be enabled with an amount limit in the admin module.

Reminder Emails

User can be reminded to approve expense reports or convert their Travel Requests to expense reports. This option is enabled in the admin module and can be configured based on number of days.

Manage Additional Fields

Options for the administrator to edit/delete additional field values while customizing expense categories.

Expense Limits Enhancements

Expense limits defined can be applied based on number of days or for the line item itself.

Ability for Finance Users to Edit Taxes

Finance users can now correct any taxes entered by the user for individual line items without having to send the expense report back to the user. This option is only available if enabled through the admin module and tax changes cannot alter the total amount of the line items.
