Import Requisition
Users can now import requisitions by uploading in standard file formats (csv).
Budget Approvals
Budgets allocated for items can easily be tracked by approvers and buyers. Approvers can view the budget, attach documents to the requisition and approve or delegate it to another approver.
Send RFQ
Ability to send RFQ’s to selected suppliers from requisition.
Supplier Management
Suppliers can now add shipment details to the orders received from buyers and manage cart item prices.
Recurring Emails
Buyers can customize templates for reminder emails which will be sent to suppliers to indicate price updates.
Requisition Limit
Administrators can define the requisition amount limit for users. Requisitions created beyond the defined limit will be sent through the RFQ process.
E-notifications
Automatic email notifications for buyers informing them of the items received in inventory.
