SutiSoft announces SutiSign 3.0, a new release of its eSignature solution which makes the process of sending and signing documents easier.

SutiSign eliminates time delays, paperwork, and the costs associated with the manual approval process. The solution allows users to get documents signed electronically by one or more signers.

The new release introduces new features to the solution including the ability to send documents to large groups, enhanced signer profiles with auto fills and UI changes enabling more functionality with fewer clicks. The solution extends support to accommodate touchpad signatures from supported Blackberry, iPhone and Android devices. Intuitive wizards allow users to get documents sent out for signature quickly. Users can now share access to Requests and Templates with multiple users. The signing process in SutiSign now uses a scrolling function similar to viewing a PDF. Existing page and thumbnail navigation options remain. The solution is backward compatible with our previous revisions of SutiSign.

Once the document is sent, your signers will be notified by email that they have a document to sign. They will simply click on the link in the email, review the documents, and sign/complete where required. This signing can happen from any PC, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone device. Once signed, you will be notified by email that the signing process has been completed. Documents are encrypted and stored to prevent any modification of the document and signatures. These documents are stored for future reference and are available anytime.
