  1. Configure trigger rules in SutiAP. Decide which approval events generate SMS: every approval, only large invoices, only exceptions, etc.
  2. Connect your Twilio account. Standard API key configuration; takes a few minutes.
  3. Configure approver phone numbers. Pulls from SutiAP user profiles or syncs from your HR system.
  4. Go live. Approvals start routing to phones; reply handling is two-way.
