How does SutiAP’s pricing work?
SutiAP offers usage based pricing based on the number of invoices processed. We do not bill based on users so we encourage our customers to add any user who will be involved in the AP process.
What is included in setup and onboarding?
All plans include setup and onboarding. We define workflows and setup templates for the AI engine to read invoices properly. We also provide both admin and end user training sessions which are recorded for future use.
What countries and currencies are supported?
SutiAP is available in 50+ countries and supports 50+ currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more), with automatic currency conversion included.
Do you charge per user?
No. All plans include unlimited user access. Pricing is based on the number of invoices processed.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay for subscriptions via credit/debit card, ACH, or wire transfer. For accounts payable vendor payments, SutiAP supports ACH, Credit Card, and checks for US companies.
How does SutiAP protect my data?
We use enterprise-grade security, including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), role-based access controls, and SOC 2 audits. Fraud detection and secure cloud storage ensure financial data is protected.
Are integrations included in the price?
Yes. We integrate with your ERP solutions such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP and most others.
How are transactions counted?
Transactions are counted by processed invoices.
