Intuitive User Interface

SutiExpense uses an intuitive user interface. Categories are icon driven and key items are color coded for clear visibility.

Expense line items that fall outside of your company's policy are highlighted so that users and approvers can clearly identify those items. Edit, delete, and attach icons are intuitive and clearly shown for easy access to the user.

The breakdown of expense items is visible in the expense summary screen shown below. Tax and Approval tabs allow access to additional information for the line item.
